  • One Community Health is following Oregon's phased sequencing plan for vaccines. Find more information on when you will qualify for the vaccine at the Oregon Health Authority's COVID vaccine website here. 

    If you get primary care at Columbia Gorge Family Medicine, Heritage Direct Primary Care, Providence Family Medicine, Providence Internal Medicine, or Summit Family Medicine please contact your regular provider for your vaccine.

    If you live in Wasco, Sherman, or Gilliam county: you can get the vaccine through the North Central Public Health District. Sign up for the vaccine wait list online at North Central Public Health District’s website here.

    If you live in Washington state: use the Phase Finder tool to figure out when you can get the vaccine. Several clinics in Klickitat/Skamania counties are offering the vaccine. Information on places to get the vaccine can be found at the Washington State Department of Health website. See Washington’s distribution plan here.
